Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy your purchase you have made at Just Click Radios which is why we offer a no quibble refund policy. If you would like to return any product for any reason you can do so within 14 days and we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item. If you contact us first by e-mail at
sales@justclickradios.co.uk and we will also refund the cost of return postage.
All we ask is that the product is in a re-saleable condition upon return to us. If you are returning products please ensure they are safely packaged and you obtain a certificate of postage (free from any post office).
After 14 days we will provide a gift certificate (credit-note) to the value of the product returned (again provided it is in saleable condition) for you to use on any item from Just Click Radios
In the event of a refund of any 'special offer' purchase i.e. free item included then the free item must be returned along with the main purchase item in order to obtain a refund.
All accessories included with purchases i.e. leads, cables, discs, aerials, original manufacturers box / carton, instruction books etc must also be returned in order to qualify for a refund.
The cost of any accessories missing from any purchase will be deducted from the value of the initial purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
