First Timer Help
Shopping on the Internet for the first time, for some people be daunting experience and also confusing. We realise this here at the Radio Mall and we would like you to feel confident in making a purchase with us and also to make the process as easy, quick and as smooth as possible.
The following questions / answers should cover most circumstances but if not please contact us and we'll do our best to help you through.
Q. Do I need to register with your site to start shopping?
A. No, not at all. Simply add items to the shopping cart. Once you're ready to "checkout" and pay, our checkout process will guide you through everything you need to do. Only at this point will we create a user ID (which will be your e-mail address) and a password and e-mail them to you (you won't need these to continue shopping). After you've finished you can check back on our site to check on progress of any orders or change any of your details. When you shop with us again (and we hope you do!) you can log on and we'll remember your name and address details (but not your credit card details) to make it easier for you.
Q Are my credit card details safe?
A. Yes, extremley. Your credit card details are NEVER stored on our www servers - in fact Just Click Radios never see your credit card number EVER. All credit card details are recorded directly on the PayPal system - you don't even have to be registered with PayPal to make a purchase with us.
Q. Can I have presents delivered to another address?
A. Yes, this is no problem at all. For added security we may need to contact you to confirm your identity. Please leave a fixed land-line telephone number on the checkout pages (not a mobile) so that we can call you. We will send an unpriced delivery note with the items and send the receipt to your address (which MUST be the address on the credit card). Because we'll need to call you, please allow an extra working day for us to dispatch parcels.
